Refreshing and
reflective of an “old world character”, our Chardonnay is
reminiscent of a fine and delicate white Burgundy. We prefer
not to mask the fresh varietal flavor with heavy oak and let the
delicate fruit nuances of citrus, pear and green apple carry the
melody. Our Chardonnay has a long complex finish and is an
excellent accompaniment for seafood and fowl.
